A shoplifter has been jailed for more than a year and a half.
Billy Greenwood, 29, of no fixed address, stole from shops and vehicles, and breached a pre-existing criminal behaviour order (CBO) between July 31 and September 5.
Mr Greenwood stole more than £10,000 worth of skincare goods and makeup from Boots on Epping Forest Retail Park, Langston Road, on six occasions.
Additionally, Mr Greenwood stole between £100 and £200 worth of meat from BP on Chigwell Lane, and attempted to steal items from a car on Burney Drive, Loughton.
A CBO in May this year banned him from entering the BP on Broadway, Loughton, or the Boots on Langston Road.
Mr Greenwood breached this order multiple times.
On October 28, Chelmsford Crown Court handed him a one year and eight month jail term.
Sergeant Jamie Shepherd, from the Epping Forest Town Centre Team, said: "Billy Greenwood is a prolific offender who paid no regard for other people’s property.
"He had already been made subject to a CBO which he flagrantly ignored.
"He will now spend the foreseeable future in prison as a result.
"We won’t tolerate this type of offending and will take action where it happens."
