POLICE appeal to speak to a man in connection with a crash between a bicycle and pedestrian in Harlow town centre.
The incident took place outside WH Smith, Broadwalk, at around 4.30pm on Saturday, June 15.
The pedestrian suffered a leg injury and was taken on to hospital for treatment following the collision.
Essex Police said: “If you can identify this person or have any other information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.”
