A MAN has been charged after breaching the terms of his criminal behaviour order.
Logan Howe, 18, of Spring Hills, Harlow, entered the car park of the Harvey Centre on May 22.
He is banned from entering the car park as part of his CBO.
He was arrested the following day and has subsequently been charged with breaching a CBO.
He is next due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on June 26.
