A MOTORCYCLIST has been left with nasty injuries after a serious multi-vehicle smash near Debden.
Essex Police officers were called to a crash involving two vehicles, a car and a motorcycle, in Chigwell Lane, on Saturday.
As a result of the incident, which happened at the junction of the northbound slip road at Junction 5 of the M11, the motorcyclist sustained serious injuries.
They were taken to hospital by paramedics but their condition is not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
The road was briefly closed following the incident and reopened at about 4.50pm.
An Essex Police spokesman said: “We believe several vehicles saw this incident this afternoon and we are appealing for any information, witnesses or dashcam footage from the area around the time of the collision.
