Motivational speaker, 'Mr Beezy,' visited The Ongar Academy, delivering a bespoke assembly to Year 11 students preparing for exams.
Mr Beezy has worked with Premier League football stars as well as with coorporate companies, universities and school children and conducted the assembly around motivation and work ethic.
Scott Williams, assistant headteacher, said: "From the moment he started speaking, the students were gripped and hanging on his every word.
"He spoke passionately about his mantras, what these mean and how to achieve your goals.
"'No grind, no glory' and 'hunting season' are terms our students are now familiar with, and are implementing in their studies and mindset."
"Mr Beezy worked on memory recall, making success personal, resilience and beating the struggle.
"Hopefully now the students can take this extra bit of motivation into their revision and exams to help achieve and fully unlock their potential.
"It was fantastic for the year group and The Ongar Academy."
