DRIVERS are facing delays after a crash on a motorway in Essex.
National Highways says the M11 is "running at reduced capacity" after a crash between Loughton and South Woodford on the London-bound carriageway.
A lane is closed with traffic passing on the hard shoulder, it said in a statement on social media.
"Please allow extra time for your journey," it said.
