POLICE are appealing for witnesses to an incident in Harlow in which a car was criminally damaged.
The red Ford Fiesta was parked in Northbrooks when the damage was discovered, a damaged wing mirror and all four tyres had been punctured.
It is believed to have occurred shortly before 2am on Friday, February 24.
The suspect is described as a white man wearing a beanie hat and dark clothing.
