POLICE appeal for the public's assistance to identify people in connection to a theft of a purse. 

Essex officers are looking to investigate and identify two men and a woman in connection to the theft of a purse reported to have taken place at Tesco car park, Radwinter Road, Saffron Walden.

The victim reported she was distracted before noticing her purse missing.

It was reported to have happened at around 1.45pm on January 26.
