Residents across Epping Forest are being given the chance to improve their cookery skills and learn more about healthy eating at a new free service from this weekend.
The district’s largest emergency food agency is starting food education courses in Waltham Abbey, Loughton, Chigwell and Ongar.
Full details can be seen on the poster below, but the classes will last for six weeks and those who complete the course will receive a free small kitchen appliance, subject to terms and conditions.
Places are for everyone - volunteers, service users and the wider community - but are very limited on a first come basis, so sign up quickly if you are interested in taking part.
If you would like to attend, register at https://forms.office.com/e/ZCWt2tc0Yq
