A POPULAR race challenge in aid of a hospice is back to challenge runners of all abilities.
The annual St Clare 10k race will take place on Sunday, April 2, with the race set to start at 10.30am.
The race starts and finishes at St Clare Hospice in Hastingwood Road in Hastingwood.
The event is ideal for regular running club members looking to boost their training and those who are new to running but are looking for a challenge.
Wheelchair racers are also more than welcome to join the event.
Currently, hundreds of participants are expected to join the race.
Entry is £17 for non-affiliated runners and £15 for affiliated runners.

If you would like to volunteer, St Clare Hospice is seeking more volunteers to join its 600-strong team of people across their shops, in the community, and at the Hospice site in Hastingwood.
A spokesman from St Clare said: "We need people with a range of skills and knowledge – so however much time you can spare, we'll find the right role to suit you."
