Police are searching for two men after a shooting in Waltham Abbey.
Essex Police say a man was shot at an address in Crooked Mile at around 10pm on Tuesday, August 30.
He was treated for his injuries but his condition is not deemed to be life-threatening.
Police say a gun was involved and they are looking for two men wearing masks.
An area near the junction with Monkswood Avenue was sealed off by police.
Detective Inspector Frazer Low said: “Our officers, including armed response officers attended the scene and the victim was given medical treatment for injuries to his arm.
“We believe this to be an isolated incident with no risk to the wider public.
“We are looking for two suspects, both men in their 20s who were wearing all black clothing and masks.
“If you witnessed any suspicious in the area, please contact us and assist with our enquiries.”
