With the support of the Epping rotarians, who marshalled the car parks at St Margaret’s Hospital, members of the public gave optional donations for their car parking.
This raised £154, which was donated to the League of Friends of St Margaret’s Hospital.
Friends group trustee Liz Jones said the money will be used for the Epping Forest Unit and the Mental Health Unit on the St Margaret’s site.
She added: “With many thanks to everyone who helped to raise this gift.”
