A popular 10k walk to help terminally-ill young people will return after a two-year hiatus.
Haven House, a Woodford Green-based hospice for babies, children and young people, is bringing back its Sparkle Walk.
People encouraged to take part in the walk through Wanstead, South Woodford and some parts of Epping Forest on September 2 this year.
Jenny Pearce, Haven House’s head of community fundraising and engagement, said: “Every penny raised, and every step taken will help us provide vital support to local children and families in need of our specialist care.”
Early bird rate entry costs £10 until June 30. Every participant will receive a T-shirt and a glass of fizz at the finish line. To register, visit: havenhouse.org.uk/sparklewalk
