Two men have been charged by detectives investigating a robbery at a jewellery store.
A watch was stolen from a shop in Epping High Street at around 11.20am on September 27 last year.
Benjamin Murphy, 36, of Dewey Road, Islington, north London has been charged with robbery and possession of a bladed article.
George Murphy, 27, also of Dewey Road, has been charged with robbery and possession of a bladed article.
Essex Police says Murphy has also been charged with going equipped for theft and possession of cannabis in relation to two separate incidents.
They have both been remanded in custody and were due to appear at Southend Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (June 22).
