The largest emergency food agency in Epping Forest has opened a new charity shop in Waltham Abbey.
3Food4U’s pop up shop is located at 20 Sun Street, opposite the charity’s community surplus hub, and it opened its doors to customers for the first time on Monday.
The shop is open from 9.30am to 1.30pm, Monday to Saturday, and all of its stock has been donated.
It is selling all types of clothing from vintage to designer and brand new with tags, and jewellery amongst other items.
All money raised will enable 3Food4U to continue to provide its vital service across the district of Epping Forest.
All of the charity’s community surplus hubs will be open over the May and Jubilee bank holiday period thanks to its volunteers, who are giving up their bank holidays.
The charity’s community surplus hubs are open as follows:
- Monday: Waltham Abbey – 13, Sun Street - 11.30am to 1pm
- Tuesday: Loughton – Loughton Club, 8, Station Road - 11.30am to 1pm
