Roadworks are set to cause the temporary closure of three roads in Epping Forest.
A notice from Essex County Council in this week’s edition of the Guardian details its intention to shut sections of road in Loughton, Lambourne and Fyfield while the works are carried out.
All temporary closure orders are valid for up to 18 months and the dates when works take place is subject to change.
A five-day closure in Hoe Lane, Lambourne, is due to start on May 23 for water connection works.
The road is set to be shut from a point 490m south-east and then south of its junction with New Road for a distance of 25m in a southerly direction.
The alternative route will be via Hoe Lane, Manor Road, New Road and vie versa.
Norwood End, Fyfield, is set to be shut on May 26 for one day from its junction with Greens Farm Lane for a distance of 200m in a north-easterly direction.
There is no diversion available.
Deepdene Road, Loughton, is due to be closed from its junction with Bushfields to its junction with Chequers Road, a distance of 100m, for one day on May 27 for overhead cabling works.
The diversion will be via Chequers Road, Bushfields and vice versa.
