PLANNING on stirring up a special pudding or holding a fun street party to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee? Epping Town Council would love to hear all about it so they can spread the good news.
Householders across the Epping Parish - which includes Epping Town, Coopersale and Fiddlers Hamlet - are being asked to let the council know what events they are planning across the Jubilee celebrations that start on Thursday, June 2 and carry on over the weekend until June 5.
No doubt everyone in the area will be keen to mark this once-in-a-lifetime and unique celebration with all sorts of get togethers, competitions and commemorative events. So for everyone to be able to make the most of what’s on offer, the council is asking for details.
The list and location of events will be featured on a map of the parish which will highlight exactly what is going on, and where, over the extended bank holiday weekend.
Residents should email their event information to info@eppingtowncouncil.gov.uk
