Dear Eleanor Laing MP

I am writing as one of your constituents here in Epping Forest to ask you to use your strong influence within the Conservative Party to end the time in office of Boris Johnson as your party’s leader and therefore as the UK’s PM.

The events of the last few months and particularly of last week has meant that his conduct in office has stopped becoming a solely party-political issue but one about the standing and office of the PM itself and the good governance of our country.

For the vast majority of local residents, I speak to (and I have spoken to many 100s this week), regardless of their political allegiance (which I think would be very largely Conservative) your current leader has demeaned the office of PM, insulted our long reigning monarch and called into question the sound governance of this country.

Please use your considerable influence within the Conservative Party to end this national trauma has soon as possible.
