People living near Waltham Abbey can get a Covid jab or booster at a walk-in centre on Thursday.
Waltham Abbey Leisure Centre, in Hillhouse, Waltham Abbey will be holding walk-in appointments for 1st, 2nd and booster vaccines on Thursday from 10am to 4.30pm.
The vaccine available will be the Pfizer jab.
No appointment is necessary, and people do not need identification or to be registered with a GP
Booster vaccines can be a different type, ie those who had AstraZeneca for their first and second dose can have Pfizer for their booster
All walk-in sessions are on a first come, first served basis.
Those planning to attend are advised to be prepared to queue in all weathers and bring a drink of water. A snack and a drink is recommended before setting off to the vaccination centre

Epping Forest Council says Booster jabs can prevent 75 per cent of people getting Covid symptoms and are available if you are aged 18+, 3 months (91 days) since your second dose.
