AN EDWARDIAN manor house, formerly owned by The Only Way Is Essex star Mick Norcross, has been put up for sale.
The luxury seven-bedroom property in Bulphan is spread across 15 acres. It includes a grand foyer entrance, two large reception rooms, a library, an aviary, two quadruple garages, and a large roof terrace.
Estate agents describe the property as an “unfinished renovation project”, including a leisure complex with plumbing ready for the installation of a new swimming pool and hot tub. A steel frame is in place for a large barn, and there is planning consent for a block of 16 luxury stables.
Mr Norcross, who died in January, was known to TOWIE viewers as the owner of the Sugar Hut nightclub and father of fellow star Kirk Norcross. The property featured multiple times on the show throughout the first eight seasons.
The online property listing says: “The breathtakingly beautiful gardens have had so much love and care lavished upon them over the years, and include a substantial pond with water features, trees all around, and even ducks; formal gardens with raised pathways; large sweeping lawns; and a picturesque greenhouse edged with grapevines.
“We have hosted annual summer garden parties here for 50 guests, with badminton, croquet and garden games on the lawn, and a marquee for dancing and dining.”
