Rock Choir launches its new term in Epping, Harlow and Cheshunt and welcomes first live rehearsals since the start of the pandemic under the guidance of a new leader.
The choir which has appeared on TV shows including The One Show and Britain's Got Talent, introduces members to rock and contemporary chart songs.
Sally Creedon, the new leader of the choir, has enjoyed a success in the music industry- touring worldwide with her jazz quartet and performing in the UK tour of a Carpenters Theatre show.
Ms Creedon has also sung in sessions for Channel 4 and provided backing vocals for a number of famous artists.
Rock Choir now welcomes new members known as ‘Rockies’ who will start rehearsing live this new term.
Ms Creedon, said: “Rock Choir is like a family and to see that family back together and to witness the healing power of singing and socialising in person is very special.
“We would love to welcome anyone who would like to join Rock Choir this term and invite people of all ages and abilities to come and be a part of this fantastic group of singers.”
