The streets of South Chingford are looking cleaner thanks to the efforts of community spirited people.
Chingford Rotarians joined with the Friends of South Chingford community group and councillors to hold a litter pick in the area.
It is one of a number of such events that are regularly organised in the Chingford area by the community groups and the Rotary Club is pleased to give them their support.

During the last 18 months of restrictions caused by the Covid regulations the club members have regularly kept in touch with each other by holding informal virtual meetings over the internet.
They are now planning to resume their regular weekly Tuesday evening meetings as soon as the regulations allow at the new venue of The Royal Oak, Kings Head Hill, Chingford.
Club president Alan Glanville said the club will be making an announcement soon as to when these meetings will recommence.
