A man has been airlifted to hospital after falling from a horse.
The man, who is in his 70s, suffered a serious head injury this morning after falling in Fluxs Lane, in Theydon Garnon near Epping.
The ambulance service received a call at 9.56am and an ambulance, rapid response vehicle, ambulance officer and air ambulance all attended the scene.
The air ambulance took the man to Queen’s Hospital in London for further treatment.
