CHAPMAN, Ivy Passed away on her 100th birthday on 16th August 2012. Thanks are given for the loving care she received, especially for the staff at Bayfield Court. The funeral will be held on Friday 31st August 2012 at 3.15pm at The City Of London Crematorium, E12 5DQ. No flowers, donations if desired to Help For Heroes c/o Bayfield Court, 71 Hatch Lane, E4 6LP.
