JOYCE KATHLEEN CHOAT Neé Everitt Passed away peacefully in her sleep on 22nd December, 2011. A dearly loved Mum and Nan, who will be sadly missed and never forgotten. SWEET DREAMS AND GOD BLESS. The funeral service will be held at the City of London Crematorium, South Chapel on Wednesday 4th January at 12.30 pm All friends welcome to attend. Any enquiries to English & Sons 020 8520 6100.
