MACER, Joan Advocate, campaigner and friend to disabled people, older people and their supporters across Redbridge for over four decades, dear mother of Tim and Pippa, loving Grannie of Jordan and Elizabeth and valued friend to many others. Died peacefully on the 20th January 2011 after a short illness. Joan’s family welcome all who knew Joan to join them in giving thanks for her life at All Saints Woodford Wells, 8th February at 1.00 pm.
