GHOUS, Mark (Cabbie) Suddenly passed away on 7th May 2009. Greatly missed by his wife Linda, son Mark, family on both sides and many friends. Cremation service at The City of London Crematorium on Thursday 14th May at 1.00pm in The North Chapel. A donation to the Heart or Stroke Foundation in lieu of flowers would be greatly appreciated
