RICHARDSON, Paul Of Loughton formerly of Chingford, sadly passed away suddenly June 12th 2016. Worked 40 years at Waltham Forest Council, spent many happy years at Loughton Leisure Centre, loved and sadly missed by his mother, sister, nephew, niece and many friends.

I ran into Keith Douglas in Tesco in Epping yesterday and I was very sorry to hear of Paul's passing.
I worked with him for many years when I was Rehabilitation Surveyors Team Leader. I remember him as always upbeat and happy and we had many a laugh.
He was good and efficient in his work and always wanted to solve any problems that came up.
I would like to pass my condolences on to his family for the sad loss.
