SULLIVAN, Thelma Ivy Widow of Wg. Cdr E A T Sullivan MBE, mother of Clive & David, Grandma Thelma of David & Jack, aged almost 98, died peacefully at Paternoster Care Home, Waltham Abbey on 9 April 2015. Funeral at Forest Park Crematorium, Hainault, Essex at 12.45 pm on Friday 8 May 2015.
