RUMBALL, Arthur, known as “Bill†Passed away peacefully 16th June 2014 aged 84. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Service will be held at Parndon Wood Crematorium, Harlow on Wednesday 25th June 2014 at 1:45pm.
