SMITH, Patricia Jean Formerly of Epping Way, Chingford Dearest wife of Tony and mother to Sarah and Claire. Passed away on Friday 5th April 2013 after a long fight against dementia. Her cremation will be held at Enfield Crematorium, South Chapel on Tuesday 23rd April at 11.15 All may feel free to express their feelings by floral tribute or a donation to Age (UK)
