CHATFIELD, Ethel Lilian Passed away peacefully on March 18th 2013 at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Harlow. She leaves two sons Philip and Christopher. Funeral to be held at Epping Forest Burial Park, North Weald March 28th 2013 at 1pm. Please leave donations to British Diabetic Association.
