GREEN, Betty Ann 23rd July 1945 - 17th October 2012 Passed peacefully at the Margaret Centre after putting up a long fight. Will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Thursday 1st November 2012 - 2pm at the Church in the City of London Cemetary. All welcome. Family flowers and single roses only please.
